A shared van, in which a man and three women are traveling, runs over an Asian tourist who was walking in the darkness of a secondary road.
After loading her into the vehicle to take her to the nearest hospital, it is revealed that the new member has something inside. A creature that parasitizes the bodies of women and consumes them inside until they are spent.
After the accident, this strange being needs a new body. The occupants of that old Van quickly understand that it is time to save themselves or die and the only rule they have clear is: "Do not sit by her side."
